is there a difference in doos on blazers between years or double wall or single wall tops??

The only diference that I am aware of is the '72 doors have a screw tying the wing windows together. Other than that I do not believe there is any diference.

Only difference I know of at the top of the door frame is the early and late style plastic caps. The late style (72 I think) are designed to be used with the drain guards. Earlier ones are smooth and a little shorter in profile. Only one style is reproduced (later I think). Might also coincide with single and double wall tops but I don't know for sure.

Something else to keep in mind is that early (69-70) and late (71-72) doors have different style (sport) mirrors and the holes are drilled in a different location so don't assume that all the mounting holes are in the right place!

I've never heard about a difference in door caps. The only difference I know of is the screw that YBNORML mentioned.

The window seals on the top are different for double vs. single wall.

I had no idea about the caps either.
I was aware of the window mounting locations though.
