3x2 fuel pump setup

So I am planning on a 3x2 carb setup on my 77 c10. I am going to be buying a new fuel pump in the near future and was wondering if anyone could answer two questions for me. What GHP and psi should I be looking for and should I be considering a regulator. Most of the setups I have seen run a mechanical fuel pump to a fuel block with a pressure gauge. Hopefully you guys can save me from needing to buy a different fuel pump in the future.
