Thrift heater

1964 sb ss I6 230. The wiring for the heater is missing. Need to know how to get to the switch (cable in center, with 3 prongs in the back) from the fuse panel, then to the resister which has 3 prongs & lastly to the blower motor in the engine compartment. A color diagram would be perfect.
Thanks Lary

Re: Thrift heater

Although they pertain to the 60-63 heater, perhaps the diagrams on post #50 of the following thread will help:

Also - can't find a diagram for a 64, but this 1966 diagram might be of value:

Re: Thrift heater

Got to busy Larry, will definitely check today for you. I know the orange wire goes from the resistor to the blower motor. Will check the back of the assembly today.

Re: Thrift heater

Sorry, I will have to pull radio and litter container to get to it. Ill try tonight if I get home with any light. Only had about 10min for lunch today and couldn't see anything with all the options in the way. **Correction** The orange wire goes to the blower motor from the switch, not the resistor.
