Im looking for these for a while now, need help !!

Im going through this serious project, and I'm looking for these type of seat covers, can anyone tell me where can i find these?

Your not going to be able to find that exact cover, but Brotherstrucks.com and classicindustries.com both make close original styled covers. I think the only place you'll ever find the square buttons will be on a donor seat.
Also, Welcome to the site! Where in UAE do you live? I have been to Fujairah.
