The big brown truck has arrived!
Finally!!!! UPS delivered the parts to complete the doors and windows.
We ordered from LMC on Sunday evening and it arrived this morning. Was fast and all that we ordered was there. I also picked up the drive shaft from the shop. Had to have it lengthened by 2 5/8". The shop did a fantastic job. Dropped it off Monday afternoon and picked it up this afternoon. Here are some pics! |

Re: The big brown truck has arrived!
I will let all know how they fit. There is every part there to totally replace and rebuild both doors. All the rubber parts, door actuators, regulators, latches, felt and rubber parts for the wing windows.
I'm on vacation next week, and if I don't have jury duty (recieved that letter yesterday) I will complete the rebuild of the rearend, and wrestle these parts into place. I'll post pics. Next step is the brakes. I'll get the lines next week and get them bent and installed. Were really trying to get them all in and the truck on the road in a couple weeks. It will be almost two years since we bought it and started the total rebuild. |
