Is the white truck running 18's. I am trying to figure out my backspacing to see if I need to go with a 5x5 or 4.75 bolt pattern.

The RED and WHITE 71 Cheyenne Super up top is running 22's that truck belonged to a friend of mines here is a picture of his 72 Cheyenne Super with the same wheels not 18's but also 22's.. I think they look great with the 22's....
