What do you think the differences are between the red and white trucks??

Im not sure someone correct me if im wrong but i think the impala wagons were used as support vehicles driven by the doctors i think who were serving the race that day and the red ones idk maybe they were emergency vehicles seeing that they are red with the yellow flags in the bed and in another post I read about the 67 pace trucks i think they are fully loaded 3/4 tons too
