its a steal not a deal
found a radiator support in awesome condition at the local junk yard today, i was also going to pull the brand new windshield but it had a tiny bit of delam on the bottom but heres the $30 radiator support, i am now cutting off the headlight brackets for my 68 c10. fun stuff.
im actually letting the air compressor fill up so i can get the driver side cut off, then sand the little bit of rust away, treat, and prep to paint and install. i love pick n pulls |

very lucky, barely any rust, and its not even on the passenger side where it meets up with the rh inner fender. good thing i got lucky because i almost just spent 300 for a new one, this will be fun sandblasting and putting it in my truck.

funny thing, when we took off the grill and fenders i told my buddy (who has no idea about the love of the classics and originality) that we had to be careful about the things we pull off, because there IS someone out there in this town that will want these parts

Nice score, and thanks for thinking of the next guy when taking off your parts.
I hate when people destroy things to get to what they need.

hell yeah i learned that when i went to the same yard and was pissed off cause the doors looked great but some ass clown didnt know to reach inside the vent window to pull up on the door handle to open the door and instead took a crow bar or some type of metal and bent the **** out of the upper rear portion of the door, come to find out AFTER WALKING AROUND THE TRUCK AFTER NOTICING THE DAMANGE, THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED WITH THE WINDOW DOWN, some people just kill the rush. |
