Re: looking to see 67 factory medium blue poly painted truck pictures

I believe that truck is the light blue color! Correct me if I'm wrong but I think in 67 there was light blue, medium blue, and dark blue! I think the medium blue is a metallic blue and lots of interiors were that color! Someone correct me if I'm wrong!

My 67 is light blue (paint code 507) and the interior is a darker blue color. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=286089

This is the paint code for MED blue that you would see inside the glove box lid on that paper tag. 04537AD and hear the one for GM AUTOMOTIVE TRUCK PAINT CODE WE5146

I had this blue 67' quite a few years ago, I don't remember the code, but its probably lighter than what you're looking for.

That looks really cool, but I'm curious. Did you or a PO help that patina along? Almost seems too uniform and perfect.

Re: looking to see 67 factory medium blue poly painted truck pictures

Only CLR to remove rust. No "help" as in removing paint. That's all that was left under this

It was still wet in that first pic
