Exhaust manifold flanges

I am using a set of exhaust manifolds from a 2002 firebird on an LS engine to fit in the frame rails on a 56. When you're not using catalytic converters what do you use for flanges to bolt to the manifold? Does someone make them or do you cut them off an old converter?
