newer frame under a square body?
been wondering if any one dropped a square body on a newer frame? I would like a daily driver with the newer suspension, brakes & engine but the old body crew cab short box
maybe 2000 or newer frame? |

I don't think anyone has tried that yet.But nate aka porterbuilt on here did make a c4 front dropmember that used c4 corvette suspension and he had a rear kit to use the c4 irs too.Or the front http://www.porterbuiltfabrication.co...il-Over-Option and hes working on a kit to use the 76-72 trailing arms in the rear.

not sure how it would work but
legally up here I believe it would have to be re-vinned and go by the newer frame or engine or body,which ever is newer, newer then 87 needs to be sniffed
