Picked up another one today!!!
So I picked up another truck today. '69 GMC 1/2 ton longbed. AC,P/S,P/B, Bucket seats, custom package. Was basically from the original owner(grandson had it, but never really touched it). It sat under a big tree for the last several years. Inside the cab is in pretty good shape. Seats are in need of some love. I bought this with a friend for parts, but I wanted to share it before I tear into it. Almost feel guilty about it. Here's some pics...

Wow. very nice - was it in Ventura all it's life? I hope not - that weather will dissolve vehicles unless you are a way from the beach -

Nicely optioned truck. You just have the one photo of the body, but it looks solid.

Re: Picked up another one today!!!
Noob question. I have a 69 auto column in my 67 and was wondering what the red knob is on the column? Mine is broken. Is that hazard light switch?

Re: Picked up another one today!!!
50bomb, that should be the hazard switch. pat70/71, the original owner put that rear end on it because he towed a trailer with the truck. I have the original 12 bolt in the bed. dan42, it was bought in Oxnard at the old GMC dealer on the boulevard, but the owner lived in Ojai. It does have some rust, so it looks like I'll be parting it out after taking what I need for my '67.
