Bringing Dad's 58 home
Hi all, my name is Nick. I am currently in Indiana, but grew up in the Southern California area. Above are a few pics of my Dad's Original 1958 Apache. This was sold by my sister out of spite. After almost 17 years, I am going to be bringing it home with me where it belongs. I have been lurking here since about 2 weeks ago and decided to join. Looking forward to meeting some of you eventually. |

Awesome truck and from the pics it looks to be mostly original. Many would kill to have that natural patina your truck has. What are your plans for the truck?

I have many memories in this truck with my dad. If it weren't his, I'd end up bagging it, and making a rat out of it. I love the patina it has. |

Welcome to the site from Big Sandy, West Tennessee.
That is a gem. That it belonged to your dad makes it a "priceless gem" What does it have for a drive train?.

Thanks Tony and Ron, as for running gear, it has and I will keep the original 283 in it with the three on the tree. Plenty of power for cruise nights and I have always loved the three speed in it.
