Anyone running the smaller housing GM alternator - 50-55 amp...

No, but I have one if you want to mess with it, I have no idea what it came from except the guy that I got it from wanted a chrome one for his hot rod. let me know

Thanks. I think I have decided to just go with the standard older model. I was interested in the smaller alternator in an attempt to minimize its presence in the engine bay. I want to "mid mount" it, sort of low on the passenger side, I think that would do it.
