TX WTB 3/8" fuel lines and air cleaner for 70 BBC truck

I bought a 70 Longhorn with a 400 BBC that was set up for propane with no fuel pump and I am swapping it to run on gasoline. The P.O. installed a Qjet and I have a stock in cab tank out of another truck, but I need the 3/8" fuel line that runs from the in cab tank to the fuel pump and the line that runs from the pump to the carb (Q-Jet). Inline Tube sells these for $60 and $20, so worse case I can get new ones for $80 + shipping, but figured I would try here first to see if I could save some $.

I am also looking for a stock air cleaner set up for the same truck.

I purchased a air cleaner housing and riser yesterday from another member which should be arriving in the next few days. Last night going through some old parts guess what I found? Air Cleaner from one of my previous trucks(69 suburban). If this is what your looking for I am in Austin so would not have to ship. I didn't see the top but I didn't search too hard for it and if that's what your needing I can check.

It came off my quadrajet wasn't a bb though, not sure if the were the same. As long as the other one ordered comes in fine I have no need for it, yours if you want it no charge. It's in cedar creek where I'm doing my build and will be out there tomorrow. I can grab it and send pics then if need.

Are you referring to the carb to tank line or tank to pump line? BB trucks used a 3/8 line. SB trucks used a 5/16" line. I believe the tank to pump lines are shaped the same, just differnt sizes. The shape of the pump to carb line is different fro SB and BB trucks. I already have a 5/16" tank to pump line off a small block truck I could use. Another member here is looking into a BB pump to carb line for me.

you can get the tubing and fittings from Oriellys for $6 and all you have to do is bend it, the ends are all ready flared and fitting for the fuel pump and carb installed

Other than the spark arrestor, what is the difference in BB and SB air cleaner?

WIDESIDE72, I thought someone would describe the difference in the air cleaner of a BB and a SB, but must be a secret only know to a few good men! I'll go out on a limb and say there isn't anything different other than the spark arrestor, the downdraft tube and the manifold heat shroud, between them. Just sold a very nice one at the Charlotte Auto Fair.
