Cab Mounts

Hi GUys,

My truck is a 69 3/4 ton with a factory 396. I put new poly cab mounts on it a year ago. Not happy with the ride as it seems solid as a rock? Any input? Has anyone done this and than gone back to rubber??

Re: Cab Mounts

Most everyone I've seen shys away from poly mounts because of this.I think the rubber(like original) are a better choice.Poly is generally used in racing.

Re: Cab Mounts

I have the poly and don't notice a hard ride at all. I have them in all 3 of my trucks.

I would have gone with the rubber ones just to stay original but judging by how long this Chinese rubber lasts on other items, I'd be replacing them constantly. Not so with the poly's. They should outlast me.
