lighting help

on my 68, i replaced my headlight switch and my dimmer switch in 2010, brand new BWD from OReillys, my pickup has been in storage and not used for about a year, i turned on my headlights today and only my brights work...i am very puzzled any suggestions? thanks

Check the connections to the dimmer switch for corrosion.

Check the conections on the back of the bulbs too.
