Re: s anyone ever used BC Fab. air bag kits?
there isn't really anything BC specific that I can see. you're using Viair, Danz, and Dominators really. a random tank and some brackets.
Danz valves = $45ea = 360 viair 380s = $320 Dominator 2600s = $300 (more travel on these too I think) brackets = $150 tank = $90 notch = $150 airline = $30 fittings............... $150? more or less. I can never remember. $1460 at avs. +ship. thats all current pricing at www.avsontheweb.com and I rounded up on everything. thats where I got my parallel 4-link kit at. I liked them. might spend a little less on fittings. I spent a ton on fittings, kept going back to get different sizes and stuff. |

oops i missed the switch. a 7 way will cost you an extra $90. but its worth calling AVS if you want to get all of this stuff. they may give you a deal.

Re: s anyone ever used BC Fab. air bag kits?
Thank you Dustin for taking the time out to write a pretty good list, I'm new with the airbag and this is a huge help, no one around my area has a bagged car or truck so its hard to find a good reference point. So do you think using AVS would be a better deal and easier to order from? What year truck did you bag? and do you have pics?, Again thank you for your time!!

Re: s anyone ever used BC Fab. air bag kits?
when I bagged my '99 my buddy suggested that I just start shopping for parts and pick up used on these types of forums whenever possible. Since you have a parts list now, you can do that too, to save even more. I haven't ever heard of BC before your post but I have bought equipment from AVS for two different trucks, and $6,000+ later I got a free tshirt! lol!! (my '99 and a '62).
I have a '61 now and will probably bag it very simply initially, using parts listed above. I think I already have two viairs laying around from a previous build, and fittings, so just bags etc to get her started. if you are willing to spend some money though, i'd look at porterbuilt. thats what I really want! 62 61 99 gonna buy the 99 back if i ever find it. sorry i dont have many pics of the actual bag job on the '62, but it was essentially just a coil replacement. |

I ordered the majority of my parts from bc fab, I have no complaints. Talk to Phil, he's pretty helpful.

Re: s anyone ever used BC Fab. air bag kits?
I just ordered a air ride kit from BC Fabrication. BP87GMC I called and talked to Phil, like you suggested. He was very helpful and honest, I had to stop him once because he got way deep into air distribution and pressures, lol.
I will order drop spindles this weekend, new wheels also, hope to get it all from Summit and when it all arrives start taking pictures as it comes together. I've been on the fence about air or static dropping my truck for about 6 months. Kept thinking of the amazing ride of my inlaws caddy that rode on bags. Hey as long as I can still do burnouts at all the stop lights I'll be happy. Jerry

I'm glad it worked out for you. I ordered the majority of stuff from them because Phil ended up giving me a fair deal. I also ordered some stuff from AVS, and I got my valves from DLOE. Sometimes you gotta shop around.

Re: s anyone ever used BC Fab. air bag kits?
I would recommend doing an adjustable trac bar and shock relocators. Also gauges would help to set ride height, etc.
We can do a similar kit to this, using 3/8 Asco valves and upgrade you to the 444's for the same price. Let me know if we can help you out at all. Travis |

I purchased my air ride parts from bc fab. Phil is great to deal with and he seems to cut deals when no one else will. Give him a call. He'll help you out. Good luck. Lay the sucker out.
