Does fuel tank vent?
I stopped to fill up the Jimmy and had a problem - the gas kept gurgling in the fill tube, and would actually spill out if filling too fast. It got to the point of counting pennies (slowwwwwwwwwwww). There must be a vent - I haven't had a chance to get under there to look yet. Anybody able to help in where to look ....?

Re: Does fuel tank vent?
There is absolutely a vent. In fact, I think the gas filler neck has like two or three vent lines running from it. I know that one of them runs all the way up the passenger side frame rail to the charcoal canister located next to the passenger headlight. I'm sure someone on here can post up a routing diagram for all of the vent lines.

Re: Does fuel tank vent?
I had the same problem with mine. Its a flexible line connected between the filler tube and the tank. I had inadvertently kinked mine when i replaced the old dry rotted one.

Re: Does fuel tank vent?
I have the same problem with mine IF I stick the entire nozzle down the filler tube. I just hold it about half-way in and it fills at full speed.
