Ok, truck won't start but I'm in the process of replacing fuel pump, and finding a fuel line that goes from the fuel pump to the filter hose for less than $60.
I have a new battery installed, and my pwr locks work fine but the windows will not even try to go down. What could be the cause of this, because the motors/switches are fairly new and the switches are secure to the wires. Also, my viper alarm is not working properly the blue light does not blink (damn best buy) I disconnected the headlight switch on the dash, could this be the culprit? I need my windows to work since I've disconnected the ac. Any advice with these issues will be greatly and sincerely appreciated. Thanks. 84 swb 305 Viper hv350 Posted via Mobile Device |

C'mon, guys let's put our thinking caps on, lol and figure this out. With all the 10's on this site I'm sure someone else has faced this problem.
I going to check all the fuses in a bit, but if that's ok wondering where I go from there. Thanks. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Please, help window/alarm woes...
I'd don't know anything about the power windows on these trucks, I couldn't afford that option so I only have a plain Jane with roll down windows
![]() If both window wont work I'd say your problem is somewhere within the circuitry, its highly unlikely you blew both motors at the same time. |

Re: Please, help window/alarm woes...
Pretty hard to troubleshoot an electrical problem with little or no info. Get out the multi-meter and check the voltage at the power window fuse, switch and relays and make sure everything has power. If everything has power then it might be the motors. You just need to get in there and start testing. It could be one of many different things.
