Manual Paddle valve question
Hey Guys, I need some plumbing help on the manual valves for my system. If I run one line from the tank to the switch and the other from the switch to the bag, where does the dump fit in?
Thank you for the help in advance.

Re: Manual Paddle valve question
The "dump" is in the switch itself. So when you press down on the switch, the air will be let out right there.

Re: Manual Paddle valve question
Thank you for that. I was thinking this had to be the case bc the system didn't come with any other valves.
I hate to seem slow here but will the switch dump it back to the tank?

Re: Manual Paddle valve question
Nope, dumps the air right out of the back of the valve into the cab. This is why it is important to regularly drain the tank, otherwise you could get some nasty condensation in the tank resulting in a mildew smell when you dump, or in an extreme case, nasty rusty water if it makes it that far.

Re: Manual Paddle valve question
X2...
It's really a full proof set up, kinda old school I guess, but it does the job if you're not wanting to play with switches all the time. And don't feel like your "slow", I had to learn the same way. Just ask questions, and make sure you get it right the first time.

Re: Manual Paddle valve question
Or get valves that have the exhaust port tapped to you can run exhaust lines that dump outside the cab. Should be quieter in the cab that way too.

Re: Manual Paddle valve question
I have two lines from the tank to the valves, tee'd into each to reduce the number of lines in, then of course 4 out. I like the simplicity and low maintenance compared to electric valves.
