frame swap

Has anyone ever used an 88 -98 SWB frame for a 67-72 SWB body. The drop member is so expensive and these frames dont have that problem. I think the wheelbase is close and it might work if all you have to do is move the body mounts

If you just want to drop a cab and box on a newer frame you could probably get some good idea's from the build called Young Frankenstien. Also check out my build "Tangerine" (link below).
