Re: Hello from Hawaii
Welcome & thank you for your service! Nice truck, perfect for what you want to do with it. The key to these trucks(IMO,) is to stay on it. Do something to it every week. (little tasks really do add up) I have never done the motor swap you want to do but the site has plenty of info on it. Lots of great people&wisdom here so start reading and have fun with your new toy when you get home. Cheers, Pat

Re: Hello from Hawaii
Welcome from Central florida too! Thanks for being out in the field for us.
Your truck looks like a good starter, going to take a lot of hard work and dedication but you already know all about that so you'll do just fine.

Re: Hello from Hawaii
My wife and I celebrated our 25th in Hawaii, back in January of this year. We drove around the island on day one. Memories I'll cherish for the rest of my life. Only way it could have been better, would be to drive around the island in my '72!
Congrats on the nice truck.

Re: Hello from Hawaii
Welcome from Kansas! I'm on Kona now celebrating my parents 50th anniversary. I am going to post to the weekly sighting today if I can.
Welcome again. I've seen several trucks here just too slow on the draw with my camera or phone. Mike Posted via Mobile Device |
