Windshield Rubber
Every windshield rubber I have seen does not conform to the shape of the windshield corners. When it is installed tyhere is a gap in each corner especially thre lower corners. It does not conform to the shape of the corner which curves down. Is there any company that makes the windshield rubber that comes preshaped to the factory specs?

Re: Windshield Rubber
x2 solidaxel is right also might try a little heat from heat gun, warm the rubber and it conforms to shape.

Re: Windshield Rubber
I've normally used Steele Rubber products too, but was wondering if anyone here has ever used Kanter's weatherstripping? I've only ever used them for suspension bushings and the like on old Mercury and have a credit with them for something I returned and debating whether to take the chance on their weatherstripping.

Re: Windshield Rubber
might help if the year of the truck and type of weatherstrip was mentioned... my truck is a 55' and i have the "In-Wheatherstrip" trim with the wrap-around windsheild.... what a treat! - i just used the weatherstrip supplied by Classicparts.com (probably Counterpart from china...) and it worked out OK, not perfect but that may have been partly my fault hah...
