New to the board and also my first JIMMY!
Well I've been waiting for a long time now to get me a Blazer or Jimmy, but never had room to get one. I'm 21 and just bought a house in January so the hunt was on. I looked for a long time. night and day to find one found a couple but not any I could afford. I started to think I was never going to find one until... One Saturday Driving in my new neighborhood I stumbled across this beauty. only 2 blocks from my house. it was ment to be so the next day I went a knockin.well long story short 2 months later it is now in my drive way. its a 71 jimmy hugger orange.

Started tearing out the old carpet to find holes all over the rear floor I knew it was going to be there and was already preparing myself to get it fixed

yeah i was the third owner (really second) the first owner had it for 2000 miles in 1970 before she said it was to hot to own...the second owner had it for the remainder of the years. the title was just like that. we had to do a bill of sale because there was no place on the title for milage i believe.
looks to be in decent shape...have fun! |

Well worked on it last night after work. wanted to get it started hasnt ran since 2007. Pulled the plugs squirted some oil the plug holes fresh gas. Started right up and purs like a kitten.

It doesn't have any rocker box's and haven't decided if I want to order some or just leave the saddle tanks in it. doesnt look like the tub is saging with the tanks. Also how rare are the sliders.

hell yeah looks clean too and I can pick them up anytime before 11am and after 7:30 or anytime saturday or sunday or when ever. what ever works just let me know
