aftermarket A/C, thinking 0f Nostalgic Air parts??

I want to install A/C in my non a/c truck 350 auto. I am looking at there underdash that goes from the colum to the end of the dash on the passenger side. Anyone use it? Keep in mind i'm no fabricator or anything remotely close to that and need it to be a pretty simple job. I've seen A/C set ups that involve replacing the whole heater box, new controls where the original ones are.. Honestly, i cant do that!. Keep in mind, i'm baking here in the Florida sun, so it must work great!
Lastly.. If i get it and cant handle it, anyone know of any install shops in Central Florida that can do this?
