firewall
i have a 81 non ac cab got a complete a/c system for free is there any cuttin involved with the firewall if so any pics or easiest way to do this thanks

Your going to need to get your firewall set up like this, one way would be to find a cab you can cut that piece off a donor truck and weld it in your.

That's the best visual of a non-AC-to-AC firewall modification I have ever seen! I've done this twice before and never bothered to take shots of the finished product. I'm downloading and saving that image. Even though I don't plan on another A/C conversion anytime soon, seems like somebody else always is. You'd be surprised how often this question is asked and how vague the answers are. Thanks! |
