blazer band

does anyone have pics of shaved tailgates with blazer bands? i wanna do mine but idk yet anythoughts? ill keep my stock tailgate so i can have a clean one and one when i need to haul a bed full off stuff

Its easy.
Flip the tailgate handle.
Use the pickup inner piece, gently pry pickup band from the inside part and the same to the blazer band. The blazer band requires a slight trim on the ends to line up nice. I did mine in an hour or so...

Honestly the time it would take its easier to get a blazer one and trim the sides so it fits.

If your talking about the small band that fits in side the indent,You could cut up two and fill in the hole where the handle was.But they don't remake those small tailgate brands so if yours is in good shape you can sell it easy i bet.

mines a silverado idk if that changes anything but it has the band kinda like a blazer one but with a opening for the handle if that makes sence

And you dont have to shave the handle at all, just relocate it. I think it looks real good. I picked up my at a junk yard for 15 bucks, just to see if itll look good. I plan on buying a rep. One later
