65 & 66 wood be conversion to metal bed
any one got any info on converting these fine wood beds to metal beds, maybe a later year metal bed??

no not realy looking for that look, I seen somewhere and cant remember where, that someone had used a later model year bed to convert the wood bed, it was pretty nice. I wanted to see if anyone had any info on that.

Keep an eye on craigslist for totaled trucks getting parted out if you are looking for a cheap bed, I got mine for $50 the bed floor was perfect but the fenders that I didn't need were beat to heck.
