Fan Shroud Question

Whats the difference between a small block and big block fan shroud. I have a big block in my 1967 but the truck is originally a small block and Im not sure what fan shroud I should buy. Any help would be great.

Re: Fan Shroud Question

Go to LMC Trucks website and you can find the one you want. Not sure of the difference, other than one could be different in size to compensate for how far forward the engine sits for a big block.

Re: Fan Shroud Question

I was thinking the same thing about the engine being closer to the radiator. I really want to know if they have the same mounting holes.

Re: Fan Shroud Question

Do you want a mechanical fan? Why not an electric fan....or a pair?

My '69 was an a/c truck with a small block. I don't know if the shroud is the same as a big block, or not. I don't know if my interchange book has the info.
