Best carpet kit? Stockinteriors? ACC? Trimparts?

Going to order carpet this week... I believe the last carpet kit was from LMC and didn't fit up to good on the sides, etc...

Looking for the best quality, fit and finish. I don't mind spending the money if the quality is there.

Any input would be great.

Side Note: I know this has prob been beat to death but value fresh opinions. Thanks again!

one vote for stockinteriors!! Here's a pic of theirs, it wasn't quite finish in the pic, remember to let it "rest" for a day or so before you do final fitting

Re: Best carpet kit? Stockinteriors? ACC? Trimparts?

I just installed carpet from Stock Interiors after doing some research. They have the best feedback but to be honest I was unhappy with the fit on the sides.I let it "rest"in temp before installing. The molded areas over the seat install areas fits fine but with that in place I was off atleast an inch on both sides. Not to the point I have contacted them but I was surprised about the fit after reading so much positive feedback.Good luck with yours whoever you get it from.

I got mine from Classic Parts, it fit very nicely and still looks great after two years.

Make sure who ever you get it from you tell them if your truck is a high or low hump cab. Very important

Re: Best carpet kit? Stockinteriors? ACC? Trimparts?

My understanding is that Stock Interiors sells ACC carpet. I read good things on the forum about ACC. So, that's what I bought, but I have not installed it. If you choose ACC, shop around. I found the best price by far at Rock Auto including shipping plus a 5% discount with a discount code. They sell all variations (mass backing, nylon loop, 80/20 loop, low hump, high hump, etc.). I think I read somewhere (Stock Interiors website comes to mind) that the width may need to be trimmed.

I didn't know they had all those different variations in carpet.... when I used to order them for my fox bodies you only got to pick the color.. lol.

What is everyone using? 80/20 sounds nice... bahaha.

Re: Best carpet kit? Stockinteriors? ACC? Trimparts?

I am going to order a trimparts kit on monday in 80/20 loop. Going to call them on the phone and get everything ordered that way there shouldn't be any problems with the humps, etc...

Thanks for all the replies.
