Inside rear view mirror question

1972 Blazer.
Inside rear view mirror bounces when i'm driving, starting to get dizzy from it.
Not loose where it mounts to glass, feels loose where it attaches to mirror back.
Any way to tighten this?
Anyone know the GM part number for this mirror? I'd like to find an OEM one.
thanks in advance.
