help with new body panels
I am installing my new doors, fenders and radiator support. I have to put almost an inch thick spacers under the rad support to get the fenders to line up with the doors. Is this normal with after market parts. any pics or info on this would be helpful. I would guess I just need to shim to make it all line up??

Re: help with new body panels
If you give some particulars it will be easier to help. There are differences in Rad support bushings.67-68 are different than later ones.Unless you specified which year and the vendor knew what you were working with, you may have gotten the wrong ones.I'm guessing this is your problem..

Re: help with new body panels
Its a 70 1/2 ton and I purchased a energy susp urathane mount kit for cab and rad support. I am not even sure if any of the bushings are a stock height. All of them were gone when I bought the truck.
