We will change a few things. The axle back in the wheel well bugs both of us. So we will shorten the drive shaft and put the axle back centered on the pads.

Its my friends truck.

you went from 8 lugs to 5 lugs?
first pic you have 8 lugs the in the second you have 5?

Yeah 8 lug to 5 lug. Spindles, rear axle. 4:10 to 3:08's
