Manual windows with power locks?

I've never seen this combination before! I found this picture on a kijiji add for an 86 GMC half ton 4x4

I always thought the locks and windows only came together,too,till I got my Jimmy that has power windows and manual locks.

my 87 4X4 was power locks crank windows
figured it was a winter thing
lucky too cause using the door panels in the 78 now
otherwise you have that big switch hole
89 left 87 right on the hood

I could see power locks being a popular option on a sub... there's a lot of doors to unlock to let the kids in and just as many to check after they get out!

As previously mentioned the power windows give trouble in the winter ...it was common in Canada to have power locks only

RPO ZQ2 gave you windows and locks;AU3 was power locks;A31 was power windows

The most unusual combination...as far as i have seen...is power windows without locks
