85 s10 with newer grill

i have a 85 s-10 pickup and would like to put a 91-93 one piece grill in it. will it fit in mine without much cutting or fabbing? thanks for any help you guys may have

it will fit, however the headlight buckets on the 82-90 sit lower on the radiator support, so there will be about a 3/4 inch gap above the headlight. you can either section the radiator support and move the HL bucket area up or swap in a 91-93 radiator support into the truck so everything will look right or live with the 3/4 inch gap.

thanks guys for your imput. what do you have to do to the metal panel (valance?) just below the grill? or does the newer grill cover it up?

the 91-93 grill takes place of the 82-90 filler panel, center grill and headlight bezels......so basically just pull everything off and the 91-93 one piece grill goes in its place......you just have to decide if you can live with he 3/4 inch gap above the headlight if you use the original core support.
