Replacing Door Hinges

I have new door hinges for my '69 that I would like to install. Body work and alignment is the one area of my truck that I have put zero effort into in the 12 years I have owned the truck.

I believe it is just the hinge pins and bushings that are shot, but I was given new hinges as a present a few years ago, so i would like to install them.

I found a write up on how to replace the pins and bushings, but not one on the hinges themselves.

Is there a write up on how to do this or can anyone enlighten me on an easy method to do this? Can anyone tell me what size (dia and thread pitch) the bolts are?

Re: Replacing Door Hinges

I have heard of people marking where the old ones come off"drawing around both sides" to get you in the general area. If you have nice paint wrap your door edges with tape to protect it from chips while you align everything.
