73-87 Cab shell differences
Hello, I'm new to the forum and trying to identify a Chevy pickup cab shell that has no VIN. It was removed from the lower left side of the windshield area. I do know it is from 73-87 though.
Any help is greatly appreciated to identify this cab shell. I will try to post some pics within the next day. |

Re: 73-87 Cab shell differences
79-87 had the VIN on the dash by the windshield. Narrowing it down some more, 73-83 had wipers and headlights on the dash with the high beam switch on the floor while 84+ had the wipers and high beams on the column. So look for the position of the switches.

Re: 73-87 Cab shell differences
Thanks for your help, lights and wiper are on the dash with high beam on the floor.
I purchased it for a pipe dream project for my 75 step side inline 6. Now I don't have the time and thinking about selling both. Posted via Mobile Device |
