Need help identifying this model
Hi guys,
I need to buy some parts for this truck: New hood, new windows seals kit (inner and outer), wheels, and a new V6 motor. This it the truck, I think that the front has been swapped with a 85 blazer.. And some seals kits for this: Thanks! Natanel. |

Re: Need help identifying this model
Looks like an 84 ish c20 Chevy. I doubt it has a V6 though I suppose it is technically possible.
Paint looks nice. |

Re: Need help identifying this model
It's a repainted CUCV (military) pickup. Formerly a diesel that someone has put a V6 in.
So - it's a mix and match; you'll simply have to use your imagination when trying to procure parts for that one. K

Re: Need help identifying this model
Are you sure someone hasn't swapped a cab on this one? I thought all CUCV's were 4x4. Being a 4x2 and having a CUCV cab doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Hi guys,
I don't think anyone swapped the cab... Do you think that the front doors are from a blazer? Thanks |

- but my point was that this truck is sort of a "Frankenstein", which is supported by your cab swap theory. Maybe even cab and front clip (since it's a CUCV grille). Makes looking for the correct parts kinda tricky. K
