You can't be serious...

Factory BB swb trucks are not that common at all, certainly not hundreds of thousands by any stretch of the imagination.

I think you may be overestimating the numbers a little. I. Have one here but it's one of only a few I have ever seen. My cousin had a silver one in the middle 80's. mine is blue on blue and needs restoration but these trucks will be pretty nice restored.

Just because you dont see many for sale, doesnt mean there arent many around or werent many built. I wouldnt call them rare.

Re: 77 chevy c10

When it comes to Chevy trucks there were only a few special edition series that would truly be considered "rare" and have some collectors value. What you do have is an uncommon truck that is very nicely optioned.

If your intentions are to build it for resale, you won't be happy with the results. If it requires a complete restoration you will spend more on it than it will bring at the current market value.
If you plan to restore it and enjoy it, I highly recommend it.

Re: 77 chevy c10

personally I wouldn't try to do a 100% frame off restoration on it, but if it's in great condition I wouldn't cut it up either.....around here a '77 anything is rare!!

They are hard to find but not exactly rare, if that makes sense. I would love to have one, but here in Utah people ask way too much money for junk.
