its just a work truck part 2, round 3
i started (its just a work truck) for my brothers 65 and that went well except he did not expect it to go as far as he took it, so he does not take it to work like he thought and probably wont put a camper on it. with my 63 it is my daily driven work truck and it will be subject to weather, road chips and knuckle-heads in traffic. i will start posting pics soon:

Good for you. You know they always say that the third time is a charm. Can't wait to see it done. I will try to come out and help you if I can get away from work.

i've seen your dads truck and your brothers truck and i really doubt it is only going to be a repaint. the only way you can do that if you hide it somewere they can't find it. lol

Re: its just a work truck part 2, round 3
thanks. i was trying to find petty blue , but remembered that i also liked this one (grabber blue). the body on my truck was extremely bad so my brother and i have been putting long days, 12-17 hour days on our scheduled vacation time. cant wait to go back to work to get some rest.

Re: its just a work truck part 2, round 3
Took a roll pan and cut it up and bent it to fit my application. I put resin on the wood and applied undercoat.
Heading out now to finish the sanding; hoping to shoot paint today/tonight. |
