The first thing I would try is silicone lubricant on the window felt and white lithium grease on the track rollers. If it is still stiff after that, you may have something broke in the regulator or rollers.

mine were the same I sprayed them with brake clean and re greased the tracks it was tricky I had to use a coat hanger wire to get the grease in the tracks but they work better now.

Re: what to do for a sticky window mechanisim
I just had to realign my driver's side front track due to the cold snap we had the last few weeks. Made everything bind up harder than usual and popped the front edge right out of the track. Once I loosened the track and popped it back in, I gave the felts some silicone and the rollers some white lithium grease and it's better than it's ever been since I've owned it. Took maybe 20 minutes total for the one side. Passenger's side is next tomorrow morning.

Re: what to do for a sticky window mechanisim
Yeah after I first put it back together before I lubed everything it wouldn't go all the way up because everything was so gummed up. I had to pull the glass up as the button was pushed, then I could at least drive to the parts store to get the white lithium without freezing my arse off LOL! When I did the passenger side this weekend, I found that the motor mechanism mounting bolts were way loose, which is why my window kinda "dropped" the first couple of inches when putting it down each time. I also lubed up my locks while I was in there and now the key locks/unlocks the doors so much easier and the power locks work much quicker as well and don't require a few pops of the switch to lock in the cold. The bad part for me was the driver's side outer felt strip was so brittle that it broke about a 4 inch piece off when I was working on stuff. At least those look easy to replace.
