Grill shell bracket help

I have a 72 Chevy truck grill and I need some help with removing the brackets that connect it to the fenders Now I can see all the rivets that hold it top to bottom would it be best to remove them with a drill or possibly a grinder? Also what will I need to get to put smooth rivets back on it so it looks correct? Any help would be much appreciated

right I'd like to just pretty the old ones up but I'd love to use smooth head rivets just unsure how to get ahold of them

no reuse your bracket, and they sell new fasteners that look like rivet,s with a nut on the back side. the cost about $ 10.00-$12.00 for a complete set
