are they actually
Are the short bed 2 wheel drive silverados with the 454 actually as rare as this guy makes them out to be? if so, i need to put a 454 back in my truck, seein as how its an original shortbed 2wd 1/2 ton 454..

I don't know if it's rare or not. But I didn't even know they made a swb 454 2wd in 79. Shows you how much I know....LOL

If it is indeed real, I wouldnt mind having it to fix up and keep stock. There are a few big block 1/2 tons but from what I know there was very few of them. Its on the rare side if it is factory like that but as to how rare is anyones guess.
