Took a few pics today
Camera used is a d40 with a 70-300mm. Rear wheels have just been polished, they are about 30 years old.. Enjoy!

Re: Took a few pics today
Thanks guys. This one has been sitting a long time. Its a little sleeper. The new motor we rebuilt in it has almost 200 miles on it now. Its been in my family for 29 years and is my first truck.

Re: Took a few pics today
Its got a built 355 and the wheels are old cragars. The motor is probably putting down 450-500 horse.

Re: Took a few pics today
These are with the stock 18-55mm
Took a few more today, playing with modes. Tell me what you think quality wise and things I can do. These are unedited, and the truck is fairly dirty.. |

Re: Took a few pics today
Truck looks good and solid, like those wheels also used to have that same stlye on my 75.
Might get rid of the glass fuel filter they are prone to breaking and causing fires. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Took a few pics today
Love your truck.
Mine's a 69 LWB Stepside with the same wheels and mirrors as yours. Only I'm running an I6 250 and a 4 speed. Now you just need to find another rim to mount up on that carrier. |

Re: Took a few pics today
Thanks guys. And yeah, I'm still not 100% on the glass bowl. I carry around a fire extinguisher with me at all times, just in case something happens. And you do cmh77? I'd like to see a pic of it, if you dont mind. I'm on the search for a spare wheel right now. But, tires has to come first. These are kinda 30 year old on the back and scary..

Re: Took a few pics today
Mines partially apart right now and not much to look at yet. Just about finished with an engine swap and freshening up the interior.
Moving to body work next...not aiming for anything special with it, just a driver that does some work for me when I need it to. I'm going to paint and then do some working over to give it a patina look. I'll post pics when I'm done. |

Re: Took a few pics today
It has a 355 70 Camaro 4 bolt main with 68 Corvette 327 64cc double hump heads. It is bore .30 over, 9:5 (i think)flat top pistons, 508 valve lift/313 duration cam, fully rebuilt, arp rockers, edelbrock intake, black jack headers, gear drive, 2200 stall, Holley 600, its got a turbo 400, ratchet shifter and 4.11 lsd. I'm sure I'm missing some... Long day... lol I've had hp guesses from 375 to over 500. Once I get tires I'm hoping on a dyno to find out
And ahh, ok cmh77. |

Thanks! I'm considering just patching the body, paint it back crimson red like my dad had it and rechroming everything.

Re: Took a few pics today
Nice little Custom/10. I'd be very happy to have one just like that to run in.
