72 Cheyenne drop ideas

Maybe it was premature, but I bought some 3" drop springs for the front on eBay today really cheap. Now I have to find some for the back. Is anybody running 3/5 or 3/6 springs only? Pics would be very helpful, also how smooth did install go?
