Re: 1 Hellova High school Build

The "leaf spring" you are referring to is probably the panhard bar. It is supposed to make your rearend track straight I believe. They adjustable aftermarket ones for lowering and whatnot. You should definitely post up some pics!

DropKick,
but it has a single leaf thats mounted to the rear of the back axle to stop it from coming up ?

68350,
It's not the bar in which you speak of if it's a leaf.
I think your speaking of the over load spring that attaches to the backside of the frame at the bumper mounts and a single leaf that has a rubber bumper that is laying on the backside of the axle to help with heavy loads. There should be a metal plate holding the rubber bumper on the backside of the axle.

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: 1 Hellova High school Build

Sounds like a cool truck. Welcome from North Carolina. I also started my truck when I was in high school, I'm a sophomore in college now. There are a lot of young people on here, I'm sure you'll find this place very useful
