New air ride valves. Simple and clean.
I've decided to change my air ride set up. I had te accuair set up but just wanted to simplify everything. Project started to get "complicated" if you know what I mean. I started the search for a simpler but excellent quality manual valve set up. I found board member DLOE who sells and makes his DLOE valves. Saw the video and did some research and I'm sold. Ordered me 4 valves and fittings ... $240!!! Can't beat that. Here is some information from his web site and a video.

I do too. I placed an order yesterday at 3pm and had a shipping confirmation and tracking number by 5 pm. Can't wait to get them installed.

Re: New air ride valves. Simple and clean.
jmedero... can you provide me with some measurements of the switch itself?
Also have you sourced your fittings yet? Curious what you are planning on running and how much that will add to the overall length/width of the switch.

Re: New air ride valves. Simple and clean.
Ok the air lines are 1/4 the exhaust is 1/8. Fittings can be had by Derek when you order your valves. I had him include all the fittings I would need. Nickel platter like the valves. At 1/4 they flow fast and the switch operation them selves are very smooth.

Re: New air ride valves. Simple and clean.
Hey guys, here are a few measurement pictures for you. Hope these help! The fill, dump and supply lines all have 1/8" npt ports. I can supply 1/4" tube by 1/8" npt fittings for the valves. You could run 3/8" lines if you really wanted to but it would be so bulky and kind of a pain in the butt. I dont recommend it. You really wont see any gain in speed either since the internal diameter of the threaded portion of the fitting is the same.

Re: New air ride valves. Simple and clean.
I coppied a pm from Derek with the pricing on the parts.
Here's a breakdown of everything.. Valves ($49.00 each) Nickel plated fittings ($5.00 each) *need 8 for the whole setup* 4x1 fitting ($5.00 each) Mufflers ($4.00 each) Polished aluminum gauge/valve panel ($29.00) Shipping is a flat rate of $10 bucks. Thanks, Derek __________________ Check out my Manual Valves Posted via Mobile Device

Re: New air ride valves. Simple and clean.
Is there enough room for the mufflers in the picture of the whole assembled setup?

Re: New air ride valves. Simple and clean.
My current panel cannot use the mufflers. I am working on a new panel that will have the valves in a different position and make the panel a little smaller. I also have new mufflers that have a smaller profile. ( cheaper too). I am going to update my webpage tonight with new pics and more info.

Re: New air ride valves. Simple and clean.
These valves work great! I am running a 200 psi pressure switch, and I was surprised at how fast they air up. DLOE is a great guy to do business with, he has helped me with advice on several aspects of my build.

Re: New air ride valves. Simple and clean.
I really like that 4-to-1 fitting; hopefully you can locate an alternative one that is as compact.
