I want to replace lowe gauges on my panel with newer eclectically oil pressure and water temp. I don't want to affect speedo or gas faucet right now. Can y'all tell me what to do. Ive never taken the cluster out on this truck. Looking at the pictures in LMC pg 101. It looks like there is some circuit board behind stock gauges and "glass/plexiglass" face. Can these be cut? My oil pressure gauge is mechanical and unreliable right now thats why I want to replace it.

I realize the picture is no help at all it was supposed to show the 2 gauge panel under dash I wanna get rid of. Its behind steering wheel. I'm on a mobile device and not my Pc so I cant get the picture I wanted.

Check the ads "wanted to buy" in our forum--may find someone who changed to different type cluster & wants to sell his.

Not sure my question was stated clearly. Can I cut the plexiglass covering and the lower parts of the circuit board to put in aftermarket gauges in the lower 4 holes and leave in the stock gas and speedo.

well i only had 3 gauges and i didnt want to have one empty hole so i used the lens, inner and outer tin from the full gauge cluster, i trimed the parts off the lens that i didnt need (oil, temp, and volt markings) you need to be careful when you do this because they break easily

the inner tin i had to cut holes for the gauges to fit thrugh because from the factory they only have a half circle cut out, the outer (back) tin i didnt have to do anything to it besides take the lower gauges out the oening were big enough for the gauges i used

i did use the printed circut from a cluster that only had a speedo and fuel gauge though so im not sure how you would make yours work with one from a full gauge cluster, and i didnt have to do anything to the bezel the gauges sat in it just fine
