Re: Need Help With Cruise Control

Hopefully someone has the correct install manual for you, but in the meantime, you can check out the file below. It is for a different model of Sears cruise control, but it should at least give some ideas, most of them install somewhat similarly.

Go to this webpage: http://www.wanderlodgeownersgroup.com/downloads/

And look for the DANA CRUISE CONTROL TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE.pdf, and the DanaCruiseSpeedControlManual[1].pdf

and download them, and take a look through those. They should be somewhat similar to what you have.

Betcha this guy will email you copy for a couple of $ via PayPal. HTH,
Sam

Better yet, as best I can remember, here are the install instructions for an identical/very similar unit I bought/installed from Sears on a 1975 Granada in 1976. If not exact, I feel it will be close enough that with just a tad of intuition, you can install yours by following these. >> http://www.murphskits.com/catalog/docs/cc100_ins.pdf <<
**Would be nice if you let us know IF it did help!**

Don, here's instctns for the one using magnets, taped/fastened to driveshaft, to generate pulses needed for driving the controller.
